Lease Contract
Valid for one (1)-year lease contracts only.
Required Payment Terms
Tenant must pay two (2) months Security Deposit and two (2) months Advance Rental.
Promo Eligibility
Applicable only to leasing transactions successfully closed within the official promotion period.
Commission Refund Policy
If the tenant pre-terminates or vacates the unit before the end of the lease term, the broker or agent shall refund the corresponding commission on a prorated basis.
Broker Participation
Brokers and agents must be present during the on-site viewing, contract signing, and client move-in. A duly authorized proxy may attend on their behalf.
Taxes
No deductions shall be made except for applicable government taxes.
